Beijing Guojie Pipe Co., Ltd. has its business headquarters located in Yungang Aerospace City, Beijing, with its production and processing base in Mengcun, Hebei, known as the 'Capital of Pipe Fittings in China.' The company integrates the research and development, production, and sales of flanges, elbows, tees, anti-corrosion pipe fittings, insulation and wear-resistant pipes, and other products. Relying on a mature pipe fitting industry supply chain and convenient port logistics conditions, it provides professional pipe products and customized services to domestic and international customers.
The production base covers a total area of 100,000 square meters, with a building area of 50,000 square meters, and possesses core process production capabilities including press forming, machining, medium-frequency hot pushing, cold forming, hot extrusion, and heat treatment. Products can be manufactured according to standards such as GB, ANSI, ASME, API 5L, DIN, and JIS, and non-standard customization can be undertaken for special working conditions. The products are widely used in nuclear power, petrochemical, electric power, heating and gas, municipal water transmission, shipbuilding, and other fields.

Process Systems
Core production processes such as press forming, machining, medium-frequency hot pushing, cold forming, hot extrusion, and heat treatment are progressively refined.
Equipment Upgrades
Introduced an 800-ton fully automatic medium-frequency hydraulic pipe bending machine and an 8000-ton large hydraulic press to enhance the processing capability for large-diameter, thick-wall pipe fittings.
Heat Treatment Capacity
Built a large fully automatic heat treatment furnace capable of processing more than 50 tons of workpieces per batch, meeting the heat treatment requirements for large high-pressure pipe fittings.
Testing Systems
Established a standardized physical and chemical laboratory, improving capabilities in material composition analysis, mechanical property testing, physical inspection, and non-destructive flaw detection.
Quality Systems
Established a three-level inspection system and a quality veto mechanism, passed certification for multiple management systems, and obtained industry manufacturing qualifications.
Global Markets
Products have entered dozens of countries and regions including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas, serving industries such as nuclear power, petrochemicals, electric power, gas, municipal engineering, and shipbuilding.

Full-Process Quality Control
Established a closed-loop quality management system covering raw material inspection, production process control, and finished product outgoing inspection, equipped with direct-reading spectrometers, metal mechanical testing machines, impact testing machines, and ultrasonic non-destructive testing equipment, capable of completing material chemical composition analysis, metal performance testing, physical inspection, and non-destructive flaw detection.
