Japanese standard tees are produced according to JIS B2313 carbon steel pipe fittings and JIS B2309 stainless steel butt-welding pipe fittings standards, with specifications covering 15A–1000A, and wall thicknesses implementing SCH10, SCH20, SCH40, SCH80, STD, XS, XXS. The pressure rating is the Japanese K class: 5K, 10K, 16K, 20K, 30K, 40K, which is not interchangeable with the PN and Class systems. Materials include carbon steel SS400, STPG370, STPG410, stainless steel SUS304, SUS316L, SUS321, alloy steel STPA24, etc. The manufacturing processes are divided into seamless hot-pressed forming and large-diameter rolled and welded forming, with JIS standard welding bevels on the ends. Before leaving the factory, they undergo hydrostatic testing, UT non-destructive testing, and spectral re-inspection, and Japanese or English material certificates can be issued.
