The national standard branch pipe outlet shall comply with the current national standard GB/T19326-2022 "Forged Branch Pipe Fittings", which is a modified adoption of the MSS SP-97 international specification, and is an integrated reinforced forged branch pipe fitting specially used for domestic pressure pipelines. The product is integrally die-forged from round steel forging blanks, and is manufactured through forging, heat treatment, non-destructive testing, and CNC precision machining. It does not require cutting the main pipe, and is directly welded to the outer wall of the main pipe to achieve branch pipe extraction. It relies on the reinforcement structure built into the body to disperse the stress at the opening position, reducing the risk of cracking and leakage under high-pressure working conditions. The connection structures cover butt welding, socket welding, thread, 45° miter, elbow type, extended type, and flange type. The nominal diameter covers DN6-DN100. The materials cover carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, low-temperature steel, and duplex steel. A full set of national standard factory documents can be issued. Standard stock and non-standard customization according to drawings are supported.
