Copper-nickel alloy lap joint stub end
The copper-nickel alloy lap joint stub end adopts an integrated hot-press forming process, with the pipe body butt-welded and the end flared outward for sealing. The flange can rotate freely for alignment, and installation will not generate torsional stress on the pipeline, which helps reduce the risk of weld fatigue cracking. The copper-nickel alloy itself is resistant to seawater erosion, pitting corrosion, and crevice corrosion. It is not prone to marine organism attachment in seawater environments, and is not easy to scale during long-term operation. The product diameter range covers DN15 to DN1200, compatible with national standard, American standard, European standard, German standard, and Japanese standard pipeline outer diameters across multiple systems. Wall thickness is compatible with STD, XS, and SCH series. It can be made in standard long and short structures, and custom special-shaped structures can also be made according to drawings. We supply to EPC projects and special industrial projects such as ocean-going vessels, offshore wind power, offshore oil and gas platforms, seawater desalination, coastal power plants, and chemical brine transportation, with support for multilingual drawings and acceptance documentation.
