Alloy Steel Cross

Alloy steel cross fittings belong to special pressure-bearing cross pipe fittings, with materials mainly consisting of chromium-molybdenum heat-resistant alloy steels such as 15CrMo, 12Cr1MoV, Cr5Mo, Cr9Mo, P11, P12, P22, F11, and F22, formed through integral forging, heat treatment, and precision machining. Compared with carbon steel and stainless steel crosses, they are designed for high-temperature above 450°C, high-pressure hydrogen service, and high-temperature creep conditions. Ordinary pipe fittings are prone to strength degradation, creep deformation, or hydrogen embrittlement cracking in such environments, whereas alloy steel crosses rely on a stable alloy metallographic structure and possess properties such as high-temperature resistance, high-pressure resistance, hydrogen corrosion resistance, high-temperature oxidation resistance, and creep prevention. Product diameters cover DN6–DN600, pressure ratings cover 3000LB–9000LB and PN100–PN160, suitable for Sch80, Sch160, and XXS thickened wall thicknesses, and comply with GB/T12459, GB/T14383, ASME B16.9, ASME B16.11, GD electric power standards, and SH/T petrochemical standards. They are mainly used in power station boiler superheaters, reheaters, main steam pipelines, as well as high-temperature and high-pressure pipeline systems in refining, hydrogenation, coal chemical, and other installations.

Carbon Steel Branch Outlet

Carbon steel branch outlet (also called saddle, branch reinforcement pad) is used to create an opening on the side wall of the main pipe to lead out a branch, commonly found in pipeline systems for petroleum, chemical, power, and other industries. The product is forged from carbon steel, comes with a self-reinforcing structure, and can complete the branch simply by welding onto the outer wall of the main pipe, without the need to cut the entire main pipe, which helps shorten on-site construction time. Material options include A105, Q235B, A350 LF2, etc. Pressure coverage includes American standard Class150 to Class1500 and national standard PN10 to PN100. Main pipe compatibility ranges from DN20 to DN800, and branch pipe compatibility ranges from DN15 to DN300. Connection methods include butt welding, socket welding, and threading. It can be produced according to standards such as ASME and GB, and also supports customization of non-standard sizes and angles. Before purchasing, it is recommended to confirm the medium, temperature, pressure rating, connection method, and required specifications. You are welcome to contact us for assistance with selection and quotation.
