Thick-walled high-pressure tee
118

Thick-walled high-pressure tee

Thick-wall high-pressure tees are a high-pressure upgraded version of standard tees and ordinary thickened tees, designed for harsh working conditions such as ultra-high pressure, high-temperature cycling, flammable and explosive environments, and strong scouring corrosion. The product adopts integral forging, seamless hot pressing, and one-piece forming processes; the pipe wall is uniformly thickened throughout, with a dense metallographic structure, free of pores, sand holes, and layered false thickness, fundamentally solving the problems that ordinary tees are prone to under high pressure, such as bulging, tearing and leakage, high-temperature creep deformation, and scouring thinning damage. Mechanical optimization has been carried out for the stress concentration area at the root of the tee branch, improving impact resistance, fatigue resistance, and burst resistance. Structural forms include equal-diameter, reducing, and 45° lateral tees, and connection methods support butt welding, socket welding, flange, and threaded connection. Specifications cover DN15–DN1200, wall thickness follows SCH160 and XXS grades, and pressure adaptation is PN100–PN160 and Class600–900LB. Materials are available in carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel, suitable for medium transportation such as high-pressure oil and gas, high-temperature steam, acid-base corrosion, and high-pressure gas.

Non-standard ultra-thick-wall tee
119

Non-standard ultra-thick-wall tee

Non-standard ultra-thick-wall tees mainly solve the problems that standard tees and conventional thick-wall tees cannot be installed under extreme pressure, strong corrosion, high-frequency vibration, and non-standard layouts, and that they have insufficient pressure-bearing capacity and insufficient corrosion allowance. We adopt integral forging, seamless hot pressing, one-piece forming, or customized welding reinforcement processes, support full-material customization of carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and special weathering steel, and the wall thickness can be adjusted within the range of 3–60 mm according to working conditions; the branch angle, reducing ratio, and connection ports can all be custom-manufactured non-standard according to drawings and on-site measured data. The products are often used in ultra-high-pressure auxiliary equipment pipelines of power stations, extreme process pipe networks of petrochemicals, strongly corrosive systems of coal chemical industry, high-pressure special equipment of heavy industry, and old non-standard high-pressure pipe network renovation projects. Before purchasing, it is recommended to provide working condition parameters, equipment drawings, or on-site installation dimensions; we will assist in confirming the material, wall thickness, interface form, and delivery schedule.

Non-metallic tee
120

Non-metallic tee

The non-metallic tees we produce replace metal pipe fittings such as carbon steel and stainless steel with inert polymer materials, solving from the source the problems of metal tees being prone to corrosion, scaling, and rusting, as well as secondary contamination of the medium. The products are strictly manufactured according to standards such as GB/T13663, GB/T5836, ASTM D1785, and ISO4427. The nominal diameters cover DN15–DN1200, suitable for PN6, PN10, and PN16 medium- and low-pressure normal-temperature working conditions. The structures include equal-diameter, reducing, 45° diagonal tees, and sweep tees. The connection methods support adhesive bonding, hot-melt socket welding, flange connection, and threaded connection. The inner wall is smooth, and it does not scale or reduce flow during long-term operation. The material system includes six major categories: PVC-U, PPH, HDPE, PVDF, FRP fiberglass, and ceramic composite, and models can be selected for differentiated working conditions such as ordinary sewage, weak acids and weak bases, strongly corrosive chemical liquids, high-purity water, and high-flow abrasive media.

Slip-on flange
121

Slip-on flange

Flat welding flanges are divided into two structural types: plate-type flat welding (PL) and neck flat welding (SO). The pipe is inserted into the inner ring of the flange and then fixed by double-sided fillet welding, achieving a detachable sealed connection between pipe and pipe, valves, pump bodies, and equipment ports. Compared with butt welding flanges, flat welding flanges are easier to align, less difficult to weld during construction, and save material, making them suitable for low- and medium-pressure ambient-temperature pipeline networks with small pressure fluctuations and no severe impact or vibration. The flat welding flanges we produce comply with mainstream standards such as GB/T9113, HG/T20592, ASME B16.5, DIN, and JIS, with flat sealing surfaces, symmetrical bolt hole positions, and qualified end face perpendicularity. Materials cover carbon steel (Q235B, 20#, 16Mn, etc.), stainless steel, and alloy steel, and pressure ratings are compatible with PN6, PN10, PN16, PN25, Class150, and Class300. Conventional small and medium diameters from DN15 to DN200 are sufficiently stocked, and custom non-standard sizes, special sealing surfaces, and surface treatments are supported according to project requirements. If you need selection assistance or a bulk quotation, please contact us and provide information on the medium, pressure, temperature, and quantity.

Flange elbow
122

Flange elbow

Flanged elbows integrate the directional turning function of an elbow with the detachable sealed connection of a flange, eliminating the on-site process of welding flanges. During installation, bolts are used to fasten the flange face to pipes, valves, pump bodies, or equipment ports, and gaskets are used to form a seal. During later maintenance or modification, they can be directly disassembled and reassembled, reducing the hidden risk of weld seam leakage. The product supports two curvatures: LR long radius (R=1.5D) and SR short radius (R=1.0D). Angles cover 45°, 90°, and 180°, while 30° and 60° can be customized according to drawings. Flange types include PL, SO, WN, and IF. Sealing faces include RF, MFM, TG, RJ, and other forms. Pressure ratings cover PN10 to PN40 and Class150 to Class600. Nominal diameters range from DN15 to DN2000. It complies with standards such as GB/T9113, GB/T12459, ASME B16.5, and ASME B16.9. We can provide technical guidance for model selection and confirm materials, inspection, and export documentation according to project requirements.

Flange Tee
123

Flange Tee

The biggest difference between a flanged tee and an ordinary welded tee is that all three ends come with their own flange plates, and on-site installation is mainly done by tightening bolts, without the need for large-area welding. This structure allows the pipeline to be disassembled and replaced during later maintenance, capacity expansion, or modification, reducing the operation and maintenance pressure caused by weld corrosion and leakage. The product is forged and precision-machined according to standards such as GB/T12459, HG/T20592, ASME B16.9, ASME B16.5, EN, DIN, JIS, etc. The cavity has a smooth flow path, which helps reduce medium turbulence and fouling. We provide two types of structures: equal-diameter branching and reducing diameter change. Materials cover carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and anti-corrosion non-metal. Nominal diameters range from DN15 to DN2000, and pressure ratings cover national standard PN10 to PN40 and American standard Class150 to Class600.
